Guarantee Policy

You have the opportunity to have your own veterinarian examine your new puppy within a week after taking him or her home. If anything was found to be wrong with your new puppy at that examination, which existed on or before delivery, then you would be entitled to a replacement or a refund of the original purchase price.

We extend our guarantee against all hereditary conditions for a period of one year.

Shipping is at the buyer's expense, there are no refunds on shipping expenses, and the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping expenses to receive a replacement or refund.

Note: We do not limit our hereditary guarantee to only certain types of genetic diseases, the way that most other breeders do. We cover everything hereditary. The breeders that offer longer genetic guarantees, we suggest that you read their actual detailed guarantee that they give you in writing, because most of them we found only cover certain types of genetic diseases, and only under certain limited conditions. Also most breeders only give you a 24-72 hour guarantee against contagious conditions like Parvo virus, we give you a full week. Parvo virus incubates in the system for up to a week, so getting a 24-72 hour contagious guarantee against something like Parvo virus is really like not getting any guarantee at all!
