Visiting
We have a strict requirement of all our guests, we ask that you do
not go to see
other puppies any where else on the same day before coming to our home. This is how Parvo
virus gets spread! It's a little safer if the puppies have been vaccinated, but it's
not 100% safe until the puppies have received their "entire series" of vaccinations.
Puppies will receive vaccinations every 2-4 weeks until 16 to 18 weeks of age.
And it's not until the ENTIRE series of vaccines are finished,
will the puppies be safe from catching Parvo and other deadly contagious diseases!

We will accept visitors to our home and kennel (they are one in the same) before
any puppies are born, so that you can meet the parents & see our facilities. However once
we have puppies born, we immediately stop taking visitors. This is done for the protection of the puppies and for your protection as a buyer.
Visitors can track in germs to our property on their clothes and shoes,
germs like Parvo, which is a VERY DEADLY virus. The most common way puppies
catch Parvo, is from people bringing the germs to them or to the place where they live. Even if you haven't been around other puppies, the germs can still be picked up from contaminated side walks and grass, then tracked in on your person, your clothes, or the soles of your shoes. Parvo can live on the ground for up to 6 years, bleach is the only thing that kills the germs in the environment. You will notice that many other breeders
who are also careful will implement this same policy. I'm sure you will appreciate this policy if you are purchasing a puppy from us! We are often asked
the question, can the person just come meet the parents, however the moms are with their puppies and
so we prefer no visitors to the property at all while the
puppies are little.

Selection
The puppies normally receive their
first or second vaccinations right before they're ready to leave for their new homes.
Puppies leave for their new homes at 8 weeks of age. So to make things easier for everyone, we just have everyone come to choose and take home all in the same day.
Normally we do not like people to come choose their puppy and then come back again later to take their puppy
home, because this takes too much time out of our busy schedules and it's also more inconvenient for most of the buyer's, especially if they're traveling long distances.
If necessary we can board
the puppy here for the buyer past the take home date, but then there would be additional boarding fees (unless another agreement was made ahead of time). If we already have a deposit from you and you can not come to select your puppy on the day and time that we designate
for you to come on (it will always be on a weekend day, since we are aware most people work during the week
and we will schedule selection & take home on the closest
weekend to the puppy turning 8 weeks of age), then your deposit will roll over to the next available puppy or litter of your choice.
It isn't fair to hold up the other people waiting to choose and take home their puppies. You also have the option
of having us choose for you or to choose by picture over email, if you can't make it on the designated day or time.
All puppies must be paid for in full at the time of
selection.
If you are out of state, or unable to come in person to select your puppy, then you may choose your puppy by picture, or you can have us choose for you, we
have been known for choosing the perfect puppy for many people!
Another option is having a professional trainer select for
you. We have a trainer that can select for you, for a very minimal
fee. Even if your not out of state, we have a trainer that
can accompany you and help you select your puppy.
if your out of state, we
would still give you an appointment time according to where
you are on the wait list, just like we do for all the other
people coming in person to select their puppies. During your
appointment time we would email you pictures for you to
choose from, or we would choose for you, or the trainer
would choose. We also aptitude test the puppies and can go
over that information with you during your appointment time.

Deposit
You will be able to choose your puppy in the same order your deposit arrived to us, first deposit has first choice, second deposit has second choice and so on.
We can only guarantee where you are on the list "after" your deposit has arrived to us, because deposits arrive on a daily basis, so what position or availability we quote you today, may be different the day your deposit actually arrives to us.
If we do not have a puppy for you in the litter
and sex that you requested, then your deposit is fully refundable.
If we do have a puppy for you in the litter
and sex you requested, but for some reason you later change your mind after we have
already received your deposit, then you must give us at minimum a
7 day notice in writing (by email is fine, just make
sure you receive an email response from us, so you know we read it)
and your deposit could then roll over to another available litter of your choice,
however it is not refundable.
When you come to choose, if you do not like the colors that are left for you to choose from, then you may roll your deposit over to the next available litter of your choice.
We can not guarantee color, because selection is done in
order of deposit. We can only guarantee you the sex and
litter you selected.
If you are last pick puppy and you do not like the puppy that is left, then you may roll your deposit over to the next available litter of your choice.
Please give serious thought to your decision to purchase a puppy from us, as deposits are meant to indicate your intention to purchase a puppy from us and are only refundable if we cannot supply you with a puppy in the litter and sex you requested.
If for some reason you seriously do not bond with any of the puppies you come to choose from, we will allow you to roll your deposit over to the next available litter of your choice. We are shocked when we read some of the other breeders deposit polices, we feel that many of them are really unfair to the buyer, so we try to be as fair as we can, but at the same time we only want serious buyer's sending us deposits.
We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone at any time, if we feel that they will not be the right home for our puppies, in this case your deposit would be fully refunded.
If you want to see the puppies in person "before" you send us a deposit, then you will have to wait until the people who have sent us deposits choose their puppies first.
If the puppies are old enough to be seen, then there is no
wait to come over and look at the puppies as long as the
people with deposits have already selected their puppies or
if we don't happen to have any deposits at that time. Once
puppies reach 8 weeks of age we no longer accept deposits
and puppies are sold on a first come first serve basis.
If we have more than one litter at the time
of your visit, it doesn't necessarily mean when you arrive to our home you would
be able to meet "all" the puppies we have, because some of the puppies that are not old enough to
be seen yet, would still be with their mother's under quarantine
from outsiders. So when you arrive, you would only be able
to meet the puppies and mother's of puppies, that have had their vaccinations.

Payment and Deposit Form
We accept checks for deposit's.
So if you want to mail a check, then you need to fill out our
"Deposit Form". All the information you
need is on this form.

You can mail us a personal check, cashier's check, or money order, or you can use PayPal (www.paypal.com).
If you pay with a credit card through PayPal, your deposit will be credited that very same day.
If you pay by e-check through PayPal, your check will take a week to clear.
Please let us know if you plan to use PayPal, then we can send you a PayPal money request by email, because there is a 3% fee charged for you using PayPal, so this will ensure that you
send the correct amount
including any fees. If you want to use a credit card we also accept Western Union.
We do not have a credit card machine to take credit cards directly. Please only fax the
"Deposit Form" if your using Western Union or PayPal, otherwise please print it out and mail it along with your check.
For final payment if you are picking up your puppy in person we
prefer cash, because even cashier's checks can be stop paid.
However if you are coming in person and traveling a long distance and do not want to carry cash,
then please email or call us to discuss other payment options. Under certain circumstances with proper identification, we will accept US Postal money orders and cashier's checks.
If we are shipping the puppy to you and you need to mail your final payment to us, then we accept cashier's check (no personal checks for final payments), money order, Western Union, or bank wire, cashier's checks and money orders must clear prior to us shipping.

Our Guarantee
You have the opportunity to have your own veterinarian examine your new puppy within a week after taking him or her home.
If anything was found to be wrong with your new puppy at that examination,
which existed on or before delivery, then you would be entitled to a replacement or a refund of the original purchase price.
We extend our replacement guarantee against all hereditary conditions for a period of one year.
Shipping is at the buyer's expense, there are no refunds on shipping costs and the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to receive their replacement or refund.
Note: We do not limit our genetic guarantee to only certain types of genetic diseases the way that most other breeders do. We cover everything genetic! The breeders that offer longer genetic guarantees, we suggest that you read their actual detailed guarantee they give you in writing, because most of them we found only cover certain genetic diseases, under certain
limited conditions. Also most breeders only give you a 24-48 hour guarantee against contagious conditions like Parvo
virus, we give you a full week. Parvo incubates in the system for up to a week, so getting a 24-48 hour contagious guarantee
against something like Parvo is really like
not getting any guarantee at all!
You may request to see a copy of
our actual detailed guarantee. You will be required to read and sign
it upon delivery of your new puppy. This is only a condensed version of the guarantee.

Our Re-home Policy
Very occasionally circumstances are such that a puppy does not work out in its new home. Or maybe later on circumstances arise where the person can no longer care for their adult dog. In these or other similar situations we are happy to take the puppy or adult dog back until a new home can be found, but we do not offer exchanges or refunds, so please give serious thought to your decision to purchase.
